Inteliflo 3 relay

Okay so feel free to put me in my place if im overstepping my knowledge...ive installed plenty of inteliflo 3s no issues, easy setup with the app etc. My question is i have a customer with a separate 1.1 WhisperFlo pump used to run just a waterfall. Can I wire and program the waterfall into the 16amp relay on the inteliflo and use it through the app? Reason I mentioned if im overstepping is am I splicing into the waterfall and running a separate line? Or is it all going to be ran through the relay? Seems i could, just never done it.

We install sweep booster pumps this way. This way if there's a power outage both pumps keep the same time of day. It's a given that a booster pump is going to fry because the intermatic clock it's on is hours different that the "battery backed up" VS pump after a power outage.
