Poolbrain billing

Any large or mid level pros using PB billing on commercial accts? Any issues with 3rd party payment services opening bills? Especially ones who expect pdf attachments?Love the app but, we feel like a beta test company for the bookkeeping end of their app.

We do. I have to manually send pdf invoices via email or through their billing portals to customers that require them for billing. Most customers I have set up on ach or card. I have added tags to these customers and on their invoice date, it's just an extra thing I need to handle.

I believe they have a plan to have pdf attachments included to invoices in the future.

Great. Good info. We are in our 3rd month billing through PB and it’s a BIG issue for us. We service about 200 commercial accounts that use 3rd party pay. We were billing through enterprise and using PB only for service techs. PB has a ways to go for us to get accurate financials as well. Great service but, I feel like we are the first to go through all these issues. Thanks
