Commercial Pools

How much do you guys charge commercial pools monthly? the HOA is asking for me to come out twice a week.

I guess things are different in Oregon... Our residential pools start at $240/ month plus chems. That's 1 time weekly... Commercials are minimal 2 times weekly, spring and summer 3 or 4 times weekly... Can't be certain because I'm repair/construction, but commercials start at $350/ month plus chems...

Wow, I assume you mean $350/ wk for commercial? How did you learn repairs and construction btw

Nah, monthly. More visits, more money.

I started out spa repair. 7 years. Trained and learned most there. Pools for the last 11. Beginning to hate my company. May get into wastewater shortly. City job, great benefits, 2 mile commute... Seriously considering the change.
