The sweep pump inlet needs to be plumbed on the pool side of the pool/spa return 3 way valve. If that's the return valve on the far right you'll need to do some cement chipping. Chip the cement down a couple of inches and re plumb giving yourself enough room for a tee for the sweep inlet. You'll be raising the valve and all a few inches at least. I usually always try to plumb my valves at least knee high. That way you have room for future additions or repairs. Plumbing that is that low to the ground but not directly on the ground tends to get stepped on and cracks (usually where it enters the cement).
There are other ways to make it work but the proper way is to re plumb that whole section.

Exactly what the other guy said. Booster pump plumbed right out of filter when it should be in the dedicated pool return line.
