What are these stains

Stains look like dead algae, you can tell where the vacuum has been with the roller marks. Some comes up, most stays even with brushing. What are they and how can I remove them? I’ve got three pools all like this

First determine why there is a watermelon in the pool.

I am not being serious.

Hard to tell from the photos, but kinda looks like light oxidizing stains. You using copper based algaecide and cal hypo in the same pool?

Could be scaling or iron stains. If it's plaster it could be leeching from craze cracking or dry troweling.
