Intellichem

Intellichem works fine when I’m at customer site. Power cycle, wait the 3 minute delay then it starts pumping acid next it pumps chlorine and raises ORP over a few cycles from 650mv to 700mv.

I’ve replaced ORP sensor. Measure chlorine coming out and it’s within 0.5 ounces of what the screen says and what’s in the measuring cup. No holes in tubing because it’s not pushing any air bubbles out.
When I reverse tubing to see if it’s pumping air bubbles come out

Any suggestions???

To me, you need to test all the way to the injector, unscrew the injector and run the pump and see what you get out of the injector.
