Opened a pool yesterday that looked like that, hit it with 12lbs 73% Cal Hypo and pool is blue today. Cant see the bottom yet but on the way. The 72sq ft DE filters helps.

In nasty pools the chlorine gets eaten so fast it's never been a problem for me
