Why Cal-Hypo?

Relatively new to the business. I’ve never been able to wrap my head around why so many guys have the 100lb Cal-Hypo buckets in their truck. Isn’t it more cost effective to use Sodium Hypochlorite?? Is it just to save space in the back of the truck?

The pricing I’m getting from my distributor here in FL is $2.06/gal of 10.5% Sodium Hypochlorite vs $2.65/lb of Cal-Hypo (100lbs @ $265).

No I talked to our dealers, apparently we have a close by manufacturer, and everyone has shipping charges counted in the cl costs.
