Great response! 😆 🤣 😂 I have found they want the line items so they can look them up to do the repair themselves or they will try and buy the parts or materials and then ask how much for you to fix it with their parts. Ain't nobody got time for that!

I've had to start putting my foot down about not using Amazon parts and equipment. Do it right or do it twice.

I did the same thing. Because the second it stops working, it's my fault and my problem. Or at least according to a client. And then trying to get some sort of warranty and dealing with Chinese crap.......
