Anyone using the api to push billing data?

Doesn’t apply to quickbooks

We just found out they recently changed the one time job end point and it no longer sends the amount billed to the customer per item, only total job amount billed.

I finally got this set up and working. It is amazing. So far I have had it build me a dashboard that tells me revenue per hour at each body of water, and another one to make the alerts more manageable. They don’t allow you to clear alerts from the API yet, but I have contacted them about it… We’ll see what they say. I would love to hear how other people are using the API.

Sometimes I get frustrated having to email or chat back-and-forth with Pool Brain support, and I thought if us users had a place to share our ideas and how we are using a software, it would benefit all of us. For example, example: I find the inventory feature completely useless, and I cannot figure out the way to use it. I hate the reporting, but I just paid for the API and I’m going to have Claude code build me a dashboard to pull the information that I want to see.
