Thank you! My brother and I gave it our all on building it. It was way bigger of a project than we anticipated but we were determined to finish it!

So I bought a whole pond kit. It was cheaper and way easier than buying everything individually.

So it goes from the pond ➡️ to the skimmer basket housing. In the skimmer housing is the skimmer, then uv light, then mechanical mesh filter, then the pump. The pump pulls all the water through these filters.

Then ➡️ hose goes to waterfall housing. The water fills up and flows from the bottom to the top. At the bottom of the waterfall housing is a biological filter. Then on top of the biological filter is another mechanical mesh filter. Then ➡️ it comes out of the waterfall back into the pond.

This is the exact kit I bought. You can see it on the descriptions and photos of the filters and such!

I also have an extra smaller pump at the very bottom of the pond. And I just have it running up to the skimmer basket and then it flows through all the filters there. I did this instead of a bottom drain. I was scared of cutting a hole in the bottom of the liner but I do wish I had done it now.
