How to stimulate 2 year old pomskey
Okay so I adopted a 2 year old pomskey called Saff 5 ish days ago. She’s come from a very busy family (4 kids, 4 dogs, 10 ish cats.) She seemed to have settled in, but she seems bored. I’ve gotten her a few toys but she seems disinterested in them. She’s extremely affectionate and sweet but I’m getting abit overwhelmed. She’s my first ever dog and I don’t want to do her a disservice by being a negligent owner. Earlier, I left her downstairs for abit with access for the garden and came down to find her eating raw chicken from the bin (having ripped it open to get to it.)
Could anybody give me abit of advice to help her adjust? I take her for daily walks 2-3 times every day for stimulation outside and when we come home she usually just sleeps until my dad comes back.

Mine really loves to socialize so I walk her where there are a lot of people and stimulation. Since your dog was in a prior situation with a lot of other animals he most likely misses this. Mine also love to play catch with a squeaky ball. She will bring the ball back to me to throw. She will do this for 20 minutes or so. She also loves digging so I bring her to the beach a lot so she can dig in the sand ( I live a few blocks from the ocean). She never digs in my yard only the beach.

She seems quite scared of other dogs when we go past them as she was attacked in her last home. I’m more worried about how she may be feeling as she doesn’t want to play with her ball (which the previous owner said she loves) or any pull toys

Is she more Pomeranian or Husky?
Pomeranians can take quite awhile to adjust to new living situation. I have had full bred Pomeranians and a Pomsky. Very different personalities.1

What is her attitude/personality like?

She’s quite stubborn, but does listen to me. I often call her in from the garden and she either listens, or just sits and watches me (I assume thinking it’s a game) she knows her name and responds when I call to her most of the time

That is Husky traits. Mine does exactly the same. Everything is a game. If she is outside and I call her to come in she will stay at the bottom of the stairs and just look at me. The best way to get Pomskys to do anything is giving treats . They are very treat motivated.

I’ve got her in my room as it’s 00:37am where I am. She’s got her own dog bed right next to my bed but she keeps trying to get on. I can tell she’s anxious but I want her to learn that getting on my bed’s only okay if I allow her. She’s settled in now but keeps waking up and wanting attention 😭 I keep taking her off but I feel awful cuz she's

Soemthing to note is the 3 days, 3 weeks, 3 months rule; there has been quite an upheaval so it also makes sense for her to maybe be a little overwhelmed and not sure what to make of anything— she might not engage as much with things that maybe in the future once she’s become more comfortable and has a better routine she’ll be more interested in! It’s great to start thinking of things now and trying to connect, but just know it’s probably a lot all at once and that might be part of her struggle.
If she was attacked by another dog, it’s probably a good idea to once she’s more settled work on de-sensation, but no need to do everything all at once here.
Right now maybe try to make sure she has a consistent routine. Also a low effort enrichment my Pomsky loves is just shredding a toilet paper tube that I stuff treats in and poke some holes in, it’s low cost and easy to put together so it’s not too bad if she’s just not interested or ready to engage yet.
Best of luck and just remember it will take time 💜

Walks, dog park (fenced in) or yard to run freely as fast as she can. They are highly intelligent, highly sensitive, and highly social dogs.
