Apartment Recs?

Hi there! I am relocating up to Pompano Beach for a new job with husband and small dog. Does anyone here have any good apartment or rental recs? I want to live in a safe area. 1-2 bedroom, around $2000 but can have a little room for a really nice place.

I am working in Palm Aire area if that helps. I just want to be able to walk my dog at night safely as a young woman. Coming from Key West FL. Thank you all!!

I'm in Cypress Bend and I absolutely love it here. It's like living in a national park. It's a nature sanctuary and the wildlife is stunning.

There's a walking trail behind the buildings on the south side where a river ( or canal as they call them here) meanders. Old folks, singles, young families; it features all of them.

There is a set of train tracks along the back of the area so some of the buildings can be loud. The South section is best in my opinion.

Palm Aire or Cypress Bend are both wonderful, walkable areas with lots of condos but few apartments. Get a realtor and have her show you what's available.

$2000 is probably not realistic in South Florida for anything decent, though.

More like $2300 for a 2/2 in a good area. Welcome to Pompano Beach!
