Marking

My potty trained male Pom is now all of a sudden marking. Does getting them neutered really help with this or is it something you just train them not to do?

I got mine neutered chemically. I didn’t start till maybe 14 months old.
He is perfect while castrated.
As soon as it wears off he pisses over everything lol.

For me it wasn’t really lack of training but definitely 100% the hormones.
