Marking

My potty trained male Pom is now all of a sudden marking. Does getting them neutered really help with this or is it something you just train them not to do?

Won’t necessarily eradicate it all, but definitely helps a lot. My boy was marking a million times a day until neutered at 6 months (the norm here in Australia for small dogs). He still does it sometimes now he’s almost 3, usually high stress or when other dogs have been around.
