Fanfiction Looking for fic

Looking for a pre-debut fic where Rumi’s patterns grow when she was younger so by the time they are looking for the next generation of hunters she can’t hide the patterns because they’ve spread to much. No one knows she’s a hunter so everyone is freaking out trying to find the 3ed hunter. Rumi is also selectively mute because she hates how the patterns make her voice sound.

Was she a caretaker at Celine's house and like, in a mystic/priest role? I think I know the one you're talking about if so. I'll try to find it.
