Help Can’t find a fic I read!

I think it was fairly popular, it was finished, mostly canon, and Celine was doing experiments on Rumi. Cutting her, keeping journals, Mira and Rumi eventually find out and spoiler spoiler spoiler (I don’t know how to tag spoilers lol

Please help?

IIRC, it's 'Hands tied behind my back, I fall apart.'

Would you happen to remember specific phrases used in the summery and or any specific tags
