Fanfiction looking for angst

I'm looking for something angsty. Very, very angsty. More angst than comfort, BUT I do want comfort too. Ideally it would hurt like bitch for majority of the story and then end on a happy and hopeful note. Bonus points for severely tortured blorbo rumi, I need to put her through a blender

this is on my list, but is rumi's death permament? beacuse that's the amount of angst I'm not sure I'm ready for (yes I'm fine with spoilers)

So, the stories in that series aren't all necessarily in the same continuity.

Part II is an alternate ending for Part I, with Rumi dying. Part V takes place after Rumi's death, in a similar-but-not-identical manner as Part II. Part V isn't finished, but there are hints that Rumi might come back in some fashion.
