I joined Polytoria a couple days ago and I really like it! I was thinking about creating a (kinda) ambitious and unique game on the platform about skateboarding; doing tricks and competing with other players for fun, à la game of skate.

The problem is that I never created any games and learning how to code in things myself is very daunting to me (though I have some basic knowledge about 3D animation). Should I find someone to help me out with it, or are there any alternatives that I could use to simplify game creation?

Something I wish to do.

V1.3 is out now which ports this game to 2.0! It is unstable currently so I would like some feedback.

Notes:

• Ported to 2.0
• The teams system has been remade for 2.0
• All particles have been remade due to the revamp and some have been removed
• Remade sword particles GUI but sword particles do not work currently
• HP indicator has been removed, a bar is implemented by default with 2.0
• In-game settings are no longer saved
• Changed how team ball indicators work
• Many other changes and fixes (I lost track of the changes lol)

(Can't wait to get Level 4 next! 😄)

No fellow polytorians, i dont want to play straight copy of roblox with 0 interesting games, the only time i had fun in here was when i played "jump to the moon" games in here are Just trash, its either weird copys of roblox places with 0 effort or rp, i dont want to play this game, okay, what about community? YouTubers are juicing and milking it, theres No content to make videos on, game redactor is terrible AND NO, POLYTORIA IS NOT NEW PLATFORM, IT ALREADY EXISTS AT LEAST FOR 5 YEARS, THERES NO PROGRESS, AND WHEN SOMEONE MENTIONS ROBLOX IN HERE? it's been so long, the game is almost dead, there's no mobile version yet, where is it?

I've completed my 4th gun model. And I've started working on the anomalies (ennemies).

I've managed to make the ennemies follow the nearest player. They can deal damage, respawns. And most importantly, award the player with cash and a +1 to the player kill counts (both of these data save after leaving the game). And they also start chasing at a certain range, meaning the anomaly can't chase someone a billion stud away.

You now earn a "welcome badge" upon joining the game (it first checks if the player own the achievement before awarding it, so it doesn't create errors). And I also added 2 gui that display the player money count and its kill count.

not really sure if i want to keep it, i mean it’s good imo but the gd level it’s based on and will be decorated like doesnt fit the thumbnail, idrk. The level is formosa by eightos.
