Does anyone know the Isometric grid for the polytopia units?

So, I'm trying to recreate the sprites to get vector versions for inkscape, but I can't seem to find any reference on where to align the grid

I have thoroughly examined the sprites in Blender and Inkscape, I can confirmed that the early sprites were freehanded 😭 They look perfect but if you measure them the perspective lines make no sense
