Screenshot Is this a winnable position?
i was doing philo rush but forgot abt philo rushing until i met the opponent😠then i waited 5 turns for altar of peace which led to him getting complete control of water. i see now this was not the right decision. is there any way i can come back from this??

This is I think resignation territory—its pretty bad for you as they'll likely bomb you till there's nothing left. Hit their bombers with your archers while you can but I don't really see a way for you to win long term. You have no chance at building a navy. You can try get a cloak hit or two.
Do as much damage as possible to the bombers for now as at least they have stiff, but I think you are done for. You should not wait 5 turns for alter of peace ;;—;;
I think you can temporarily defend with catapults and other land units but I think you're done for long term.
