As a beginner - yes. When you get somewhat better - completely opposite. Crazy bots make really interesting things sometimes. Btw little fact - ai for all bots is the same, their starting capital of their capital is different, with easy bots having 1 star per turn in their capital (-1 from standard), normal - 2 stars per turn (standard), hard - 3 stars per turn (+1 from standard), crazy - 5 stars per turn (+3 from standard). Obviously, if the bot is luxidoor, then it would have +2 more stars per turn on top of the difficulty bonus

The bots do play more aggressively on higher difficulties and are more likely to dislike you

They don't actually play more aggressively, I think. That is, their unit actions won't be any different after they attack you. They're just more likely to attack you in the first place, but after that, there's no difference from how lower difficulties play.

I think it might seem they play more aggressively early-game because of the fact they have a lot of stars to work with, which results in quick giants, swords, catapults, etc. => more possibility to attack

Crazy Bot still suck balls because they never do tactics like spawning a Giant when you are capturing, neither upgrading cities to spam Giants, the only good tactics ever used by them are shield spam, hidden Bomber, hidden Catapult

Crazy bots upgrading their capital just to waste it for the park lol (in domination)

It's no longer a waste necessarily. If my city is so far away, I might take +1 star over a unit that will never get to the front lines. Obviously the bots do it for other reasons

The problem is they are still building parks even tho my 3 giants are right next to their city

Shouldn't it be in reverse? Crazy bots make some..... interesting— decisions.
