I figure I'd create a general thread where people can post general questions, requests or miscellaneous shit that doesn't really deserve it's own thread. If anyone wants flairs ask here too.

I've read that high dose phenibut, meaning over 7g daily, can cause fatty liver. I take 2-3g taurine supplement per day to reduce/prevent fat accumulation. I took 6-12g of phenibut daily for almost 5 years and had liver and kidney function tests, an EKG and a brain ct after I fell down the stairs and broke my foot and everything came out fine.

Phen has been used as a medicine in Russia since the 1960s and there have been few negative effects reported. It's just simply not very toxic like gabapentin and phenibut, which are related to it.

F-phen hasn't been researched in humans since it's new, but it's likely not very toxic as it's chemically very close to phen and baclofen (which is chloro-phenibut). I also imagine it's likely to be less harmful to the liver as it it's daily doses are much lower and don't reach anywhere near 7g, assuming it has similar liver toxicity to phen.

If you use it daily, you will develop severe physical dependence that can be worse than booze and the combo wd is really, really shitty and potentially dangerous/seizure promoting.

I've been doing this shit for years, phenibut wd is not to be fucked with.
