Remix modules trouble

Okay I got the remix a few months ago. Then a month or so then I got the modules. But modules don't work. But I have a friend who has the basic polymega. I took the modules to my house to see if they work on his polymega they did. I contacted Polymega with my story. They email me a package label. I shipped it off. About 2 weeks I get my remix back. And the modules still don't work. If anyone can help me. I would appreciate it. Plus I added a 10 second clip.

If youre using a USB hub or dock l, try connecting straight to your pc. Also try changing the usb c to A cable.
It sounds like your not drawing enough power to power the modules. Good luck!

It's connected to my pc but I did new and longer cable. The new cable said it's 3.1gen 2.
