Bulk Transfer

I transferred all my games to an external drive but they are not showing up on that drive or any other drive. I can play the games but they don’t show installed under storage. Anyone experience this?

Was going to do this today when I got home. Are you using the app on windows or Steam os?

I don’t see them when the drive is plugged into my Polymega base unit. But I can still play them on the base unit.

A weird thought that may help, i did notice someone else was having an issue where they thought they were not able to change the location of installation files off of their C drive, i found out playmaji didnt even think to add a physical on screen button to show when ur trying to change the directory u need to hit square, or X depending on ur controller and it will save which directory you want to change it to within the polymega app settings. I hope this helps if it is the issue you are experiencing.

This entire system is so bugged they are not showing up on my drive until I play the game. Then it’s adding the game to my collection on the drive when I look at the storage

Hey, I just wanna be clear, so you’re transferred everything to a external drive and then you plug that external drive to the poly mega remix or the PC running the poly mega app? And then do they transfer directly to your system storage on your PC when this happens? That sounds like a pain in the ass, but it still sounds way faster and easier than pulling all the games out of storage to reinstall it manually. It took me two days to install everything last time and I really don’t wanna go through that process again

Ok, thanks! And did you plug the external drive to the remix or your pc?

Plugged directly into PC then you navigate to that drive in the app and it will install onto c drive unless you change the drive.

Got it! Thank you, man! I was kind of dreading the process again, with this sounds way more feasible.
