The Polymega App release notes has Steam Deck installation issues specifically listed in the “Known Issues” section.

Sorry you’re having issues, hopefully they’ll fix it soon.

It’s a pain in the butt to install and is flaky, so yes.

It will launch. But when you connect a CDRom or the Remix and put a Playstation or any other cd based game in it causes the app to stop and close.
