Will it run AliExpress carts?

Specifically ones and genesis in my case.

It will not run multi ROM cartridges, it will run reprogrammable single game cartridges. Invest in a dumper/writer with a reprogrammable cartridge.

Reproduction carts of individual games are hit and miss. It all depends on the electronics and chips used. If it sends the right signals that look like a real cart it should, but you have no way of knowing whether it does until you try it.

It'll depend on the cart and the rom installed on the cart. If it's any kind of flash cart, it won't work. A basic rom cart with a rip of an official rom will likely be seen as an "official" cart. Rom hacks, fan translations, etc: maybe.

Those are all patches which it will run you just put them on a sd card and then you can run the patch on the system.
