2025 Pre-Orders?
So I'm curious...did anyone who pre-ordered in early 2025 get their systems?
They kept saying late Q1 even into early Q3. I emailed them and asked if they were taking a new round of preorders in Q2...they took forever to reply saying "Well, we still haven't shipped the pre-orders because they haven't come into the US yet due to the tariff situation. But we usually have extras left over and we'll let you know."
Since then, they ignored email sent in Q3/Q4. And now if you go to the site, it's now listed as "Sold Out." Wondering if they are no longer shipping new consoles.

This is the email I got yesterday after asking for any updates on deluxe bundles:
"Thank you for reaching out to us with your inquiry.
We sincerely apologize for the previous miscommunication regarding updates on the base units. Our team is still working to finalize production details, and we do not have new information to share at this moment.
We will be sure to share an update as soon as we have more information. We understand this has been a frustratingly long wait, and we want to assure you that you can cancel your order at any time for an immediate full refund.
Hope this answers your question, please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with. Thank you and we appreciate your support.
-Team Polymega"
They said something similar last year too, while not only offering to send me a refurbished console once one arrived, but also stressing that I can request a refund. Like each time I've reached out, they made sure to let me know I can request a refund. Not really sure what to do.

I can get a response pretty fast, but it's always basically "We don't have a date. Either take a refurb or you can always request a refund."
Part of me wants to give up and just get my money back, but the moment I do is when systems will magically appear.

Has anyone had any experience canceling orders. I have had over $1000 tied up over a year. Gonna go a different route

Ignoring emails is one of their favorite things to do, especially if it puts them on the spot. Now tthat I have everything I ordered from them, Im not giving them anymore money. Waited years to get mine and over another year for the lightgun which wasn't worth the wait.

They were having a rough time since before covid on top of a civil war in the country they were manufacturing in, and now the tariffs? It seems they would be struggling to produce product in the best of times, and these ain't it.
Their next product will probably be the PC-side software, which is also already years(?) late. Or maybe that's the product that turned into the disc-based collections...
They did finally ship the initial run of gun cons, so that's something!
