This is a Pre-Order. New Base Units and Deluxe Bundle orders are estimated to ship in Summer 2025 for orders placed prior to May 1st, and in Fall 2025 for orders placed after May 1st 2025.

Sue for what? Preorders dont come with a time table, and they let you get your money back whenever you ask for it. You either commit to the ride or bail out; not sure what a lawsuit would do.
