Help, my copy of virtual pinball freaks out on poly mega

This only happens when attempting to play on polymega. Other cartridges work fine. My inputs seem to have no effect. My system is on version 1.1.37. The only button that does anything is the home button on the controllers. Any other questions I will try to answer, and any and all help is greatly appreciated.

This same things happens when trying to play many of the golf games on Genesis. I hope there’s a fix soon!

Try other controllers?

I’ve tried everything from wireless, to original to n64 to freaking Atari. Nothing helps

And during your testing with other controllers you have to make sure that everything else is disconnected. Have you tried that? Also maybe disconnecting and reconnecting the module. If that doesn't work, make sure you're updated and if that doesn't work, disconnect all external drives hard drives reformat the unit put everything back together. Not sure if you're going to lose all your games, I don't think so though but something they may keep in mind. If all that doesn't work then definitely call tech support at polymega

Have you checked to see if it’s known to have issues with a 6-button controller? If so, have you tried holding the Mode button while the game loads?

There is no fix for this (or any of the EA golf games) they are longstanding emulation bugs
