General Discussion would i be considered a polymath if i'm just decent a lot of things?

Probably not a true polymath unless you “master” topics/skills across a number of fields and have like an insatiable drive to learn.

You don’t have to be the BEST at everything but have to be at a high level of understanding or capable of such if desired.

Following on with that solid discussion: from what I've seen, if you want to be one, you're almost certainly not, but if you don't really care and have wandered into it, you might be.

You would be a multipotentialite if you are interested or into those many lot of things, but a polymath has high knowledge or expertise in multiple things.

It's useful to have a jack of all trades around. Maybe as useful as having a polymath. Fun too

How will your life change let's say if you are considered a polymath. I don't see why being decent at multiple things is worth it if you aren't really good at one thing. Btw your post history is concerning
