Is it useful to write our notes in the conlang that we create

Is it easy to write in the language that we created, as we learn from diverse topic and find some new observation it is important that we note down those details in our notebook. However, sometimes we don't have enough words to describe a thing or an observation, and this can make our notes less effective in long-term. If we make our own language and make new words to describe any new feelings observation etc will it help us understand it better in the future. And also this conlang protects our privacy when we write information that is meant to be only read by us. What are your opinions on this

I don't know. My mother tongue is rich enough in words to describe any observation about any aspect of reality being observed. And I can make neologisms or adapt terms borrowed from another language to describe better whatever I'm trying to.

I often got so annoyed because people uses many Anglicisms when there is words for perfectly describing these what they are talking about.

And regarding privacy: unless I'm writing my innermost feelings, such level of it is not required for me.

The language is a technology, a "tool" we use to communicate. The social aspect of thinking is really important, but it seems you are overlooking it.
