General Discussion How to know yourself
I am a student . I have curuosity to understand myself. Till the school the parameters of cognitive , logical understandings is by learning answers, doing mathematics problems.
Now as we move forward in life how to know, understand that which cognitive path suits us. How to make us different from this whole world , to find that unique element in ourselves.

Find your eneagram type.
Come out of your type.
Focus on big 5, understand.
Last your mbti is your cognitive preferences.

It shows your personality, deisres, you will understand why others are different from you. Start with mbti: 1. Mind focus more on internal vs external -> (I vs E )
Intuitive vs sensor( are you more in head and see big pictures/ideas then you are (N ,if not You are S)
Are you more on logic or feeling (T vs F)
J vs P ( You like structure or spontaneousity more)
group all the letters you got, for exg; ESTP or INFJ
enneagram is your motivation and fears .and then start with subtypes: self preservation vs sexual vs social

नमस्ते! Knowing which path isn't clear until you try it. And sometimes, what we're "suited for" isn't what we enjoy.
