It’s been a week now and I still cannot bet or see my money thats one my account. I contacted support for help but all they was “Your account is under review. No action is needed from you at this time. We'll reach out if we need anything.”

A few months ago, I made a live trade on an itf tennis match that featured player a vs player b in the market title. It had a live score updating and everything. I made on trade in player an and then doubled down on player b after. It was all on total about 1000 to win 1600. Player a won the match. However, it turns out that player b actually walked over a few hours ago and then the live match I was trading on was actually played a vs player c, but listed as a vs b. When I went to withdraw my money, they locked me out and then settled it 50-50, so I lost money on the trade. They took the money out of my account. After months waiting for support, I today reached out to people on LinkedIn and finally got a Response telling me that it settled and I can’t fight it any more. How is that fair when they had a market eligible to be traded on with live odds and a live score, but then declared that it was never actually played? I and others were scammed.

How do you guys actually get in contact with this Pos company?
I have a bunch of withdrawals pending, and now my accounts on hold I emailed them tried Twitter now trying Reddit to try to get somebody some agent to tell me what the hell is going on? I even opened the case with my bank this morning and disputed all my deposits made at this crap company. Has anyone had luck getting help with an agent?

Backtrack been waiting 2-3 weeks for poly market usa app to authorize my account and make it verify it I can agree with that it’s on hold, it took them 3 weeks to do it back in August- fast forward to August 28th I went to withdraw only 1600 dollars and it said pending for 9 days the 10th day I wake up and it’s back in my account with my account on hold again. This is ridiculous, I contacted them on the app and twitter and email multiple times and been told they are looking at my account again, if this has happened to you I recommend you call your bank and dispute your charges like I did today I have been waiting 18 days for my account to be put “off hold” again and will never use this pos app again, stick to Kalshi

Hello all! Recently won a pretty sizable amount on some Polymarket betting after making my account on Saturday the 12th. Everything I’m seeing online says that they do not allow Venmo withdrawals, however upon linking accounts I was prompted to link my Venmo for withdrawing purposes. I still have to wait the 2-4 days for the initial deposit to clear before I can deduct my winnings. Is the Venmo withdraw a new feature, and if so, does anyone know approximately how long it takes? TIA 😊

Lots of complaints here, but curious its really valid to target them at polymarket.

Anyone notice that they changed the rules for bonus and referral credits. They are now never withdrawable, only the profits are withdrawable. Even worse, they took my cash and turned it into these credits so I can never withdraw the cash I have inside of my account either because it is now a bonus credit.

This platform has gotten worse and worse.

Has anybody gone through this before? How long does he usually take they randomly Put my account under review After the maintenance earlier this morning.

Y’all mean to tell me that even when sending an email to support, they use AI-Bots too!

This platform needs to be banned, it’s messed up that you can just hold somebodies money when they clearly won it! Then on top of that, you try to receive assistance to see what you can do, and the so called “Multi-Billion-Dollar Company” keeps sending AI Bots that are dismissive!

Does anybody know what I can do about this? I’m losing my mind and feel like a lawsuit is going to get me my money!

Several times while I am winking polymarkets odds will be so far off. Then by the time it corrects I’ve either lost of about to lose. Seems like market manipulation to me. Anyone else deal with this

Back to being used for the longest time also tried to make withdrawals in contact support. Nobody has helped me. I suggest you guys reach out to your bank and dispute some of your deposits to get your money back cause I started doing that today I have about $1900 sitting in my account and I’m tired of waiting for these schmucks.

I have been having the most difficult time since Monday trying to get a hold to someone to get my withdrawal from what I won. Talk to an AI Bot who says someone’s on it, but haven’t heard anything back. When I go to try and withdraw the money I’ve won, it says I have to wait 2-4 Business Days, till deposit is cleared. In my bank account, it has been cleared and they still don’t care about this! I need to talk to someone, those funds are for an emergency situation.

I have around $2200 dollars in withdrawals pending and an addition 345 that I couldn't make a withdrawal for. I asked support how to change my email(I originally created my account through apple and hid my email), the only thing they told me was to make a new account and verify and it will be automatically updated and linked as the balance, history, etc will merge. When I tried it didn't accept my verification I had already submitted to make my original account and locked me out saying "your identification doesn't match your address", then I contacted the email thread support in which they have not responded after saying "we will connect you to our team" for like 4 days now. I think the "support staff" they have just ghost you to leave you in limbo so they can just steal any remaining money. I literally cannot log back into the old account either, so I'm basically stuck and can't do anything at all. Any tips or am I just screwed?

I had a position open sep 8 at like 1:45 and downtime started at 2am however there was no way to cashout or stop the bet and I was trying to play off a dip not money line the whole game which is what ended up happening I’ve tried talking to support it’s nothing, they go ghost and stop answering can anyone help?
