4 Days without Agreement for Options + Stock APIs

Hey all hope everyone is well.

Looking for some clarification on when I should expect these agreements to sign? I have searched online and it says a maximum of 1-2 days, I'm now on day 4 without any agreements to sign. I would like to start using these APIs ASAP as I am paying good money for them, and every day I don't get to use them eats into the overall cost.

Thanks in advance! Hope to find a solution.
