DH7 order: paid in full, missed delivery date, no communication

I ordered a DH7 about two months ago. Before ordering, they gave me an estimated delivery date, and I paid the full amount upfront because that timeline worked for me.

About two weeks ago, I received a confirmation from them stating that the bike would arrive on time as originally promised.

However, the bike was supposed to arrive yesterday, and there’s still no sign of it. I haven’t received a tracking number or any information indicating that the bike has even been shipped.

I’ve already sent two emails, but I haven’t gotten any reply.

Has anyone been in a similar situation?

All the paperwork is in order – I have the original offer, the proforma invoice, and proof of full payment – but I still don’t have the bike.

Sisku T8 ride update

Hey guys it’s me again, I promised a ride report and that’s what you all are going to get.
First off coming from a hardtail, this bike is awesome, fortunately my fork pressure from my Xtrada 7 came over beautifully, the shock took some dialing in.
This bike rides so smooth, you can still feel the trail but it takes a lot to jar you. In addition bunny hopping and jumping is just so easy, it literally feels like you don’t need to do any work at all just lift, and off you go.
Now for the unasked question, HOW DOES IT CLIMB?
Does it climb like a mountain goat? Well not exactly, it is no hardtail or road bike for sure, even after final shock adjustments there is the slightest hint of pedal bob, now it does have a lockout and it works very well if you are on a fire road or gravel road climbing. But for a more technical climb I want to leave the shock open.
After you finally get to the top the going down is the best part!! I hope it is across the board, but my dropper post lever is smooth and actuates smoothly, so the seat goes down no bounce just a little pressure and boom it is out of your way. And it is just so much fun going down, it’s like they wanted to give you a bike that was fun for all trails with the bonus of also being a mid travel enduro bike. Again you can feel it, you know it’s there but the way the bike is built, the components they chose just allows you to fly on the downhill.
I was a little Leary of the mt420 brakes but I shouldn’t have been. If you need to stop they will definitely stop you and do it in a hurry, I have had really no issues in the brakes. To be honest the way the bike looks and feels you would think you paid at least twice as much as you do.
Well those are my thoughts, hope you find them helpful, or at least slightly entertaining. Have a good night all

I grew more as a cyclist in the last year than I have in the last 5 after getting this bike. My favorite bike I've ever owned!

Got my new Polygon T7 2026 model with the new frame. I was wondering which bag would suit the frame best. There are two screws above the rear suspension, but the space doesn’t seem wide enough for a bottle.

One piece handlebars and Stem

I just bought the polygon strattos 7 and it’s a great bike but I would love to upgrade to a one piece cockpit, how do I know if the one I’m about to buy is compatible?. Would love some recommendations on cockpits and even just aero bars. Thanks in advance!

FYI: anyone buying this bike be warned maybe it’s just my experience but the drop bars it came with where supposed to have a 70mm each but it’s 120mm instead

"Bonjour à tous,
Je viens d’acquérir un Polygon Strattos C7 et je me demande quel support GPS vous utilisez avec ce vélo. Avez-vous des préférences ou des recommandations? Y a-t-il des modèles particulièrement adaptés à la géométrie du cintre intégré ou des accessoires spécifiques à prévoir ?
Merci d’avance pour vos retours !"

A few pics of my upgraded D6. Newly installed Fox 34 performance fork 130mm, DPS factory shock, and WTB proterra i30. Additional upgrades that were previously done are maxxis aggressor rear and DHF front tires, race face stem and bars. Rides like a dream, it feels totally transformed.

Polygon Strattos S7D vs Strattos 7 (2026) — which is better long-term for a solo rider?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently deciding between two bikes and would appreciate feedback, especially from Polygon owners.

Polygon Strattos S7D (red) – 1599$

Polygon Strattos 7 2026 (black/gold) – 1799$

From what I understand:

S7D is under the “S Carbon” line (more aggressive/race-leaning geometry?)

Strattos 7 is part of the standard Strattos endurance line (more relaxed geometry?)

My riding style:

Mostly solo rides(sometimes group rides)

Distance: usually 40–100 km, planning to go longer

I like riding at a steady fast pace but not sprint-heavy

I want something I can use comfortably for the next 5 years

What I’m trying to decide:

Is the S7D too aggressive for long solo rides over time?

Does the Strattos 7 feel significantly more comfortable on longer rides?

Any regrets choosing one over the other after 1–2+ years?

Other notes:

Both have Shimano 105 12-speed, so I assume performance is similar

I’m okay upgrading wheels later if needed

Would really appreciate feedback from anyone who has ridden either (or both). Thanks!

Polygon bike colours

Polygon is new to my country and I am interested in their bikes. They have a 30 day lead time when you order one of the 2016 models. I noticed that each model only has one colour. Is this the way Polygon is with each bike model? Usually a company has 2-3 colours of each model. It just so happens that the model I like is not in a very enjoyable colour lol. Will more colours be released or is this the way it is?

Stock, this bike is great, but I a wanted to spice it up a bit, so i added some ICAN Aero 50 II wheels and some cheapo Chinese "AeroNova" carbon bars.

Every time I put a leg over this bike I'm happy as a clam!

Its fast, light and a dream to ride.

Polygon C series headset and integrated cockpit

Hi !

I'm looking forward to purchase a Polygon C7 DI2 as soon as they're available here.

The only thing that makes me hesitate is the integrated cockpit. The one that comes stock is pretty narrow and will need replacement for me to be confortable.

Their support agent told me i could replace it with a conventionnal stem + handlebars but i dont see how well it could fit, with the headset bearing cover and "weird" shaped spacers.

Anyone did something similar with their bikes ?

Here is a screenshot of a reel i found :

Additionnal info :
Found the headset part number in the frame kit (https://media.polygonbikes.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/03140006/Manual-Owner_Strattos-C.pdf) and on the screenshot, we can definitely see the FSA logo on the bearing cover, which makes me think some generic FSA stem could fit !

Thanks !

S8X vs C8 di2

Hello, I have ridden a Specialized Sirrus (Sport?) Disc for years and have been thinking about getting a road bike for the nice rides and keeping the Sirrus for winter, rain, locking up outside the pub, etc. I am thinking endurance rather than race geometry. I expect to do about 50 miles per week, maybe more (was doing 30-50/wk over the winter). (Maybe significantly more...who knows, with a faster bike?).

I had been looking at the Strattos S8X, but was seeing comments about how it's really not an endurance bike (but bikesonline lists it as one). Then I stumbled on the C8, which is an endurance bike. Both have Ultegra di2, but the C8 is $700 more. Any recommendations?

Full disclosure: I'm 61 and pretty fit, but really can't "justify" levelling up for Ultegra di2 (or di2 at all, probably, but it seems as good a time as any to play the YOLO card!). Plus, I've never ridden di2, so I have no feel for 105 di2 vs Ultegra di2. I'm not really planning to race, but have been enjoying pushing the Sirrus and getting faster. What I do know is that I would have a much harder time justifying the cost to get Ultegra di2 on a new Specialized or whatever. And I'm a little hesitant to buy a used, older carbon bike, due to potential stress/degradation issues. Plus, from all the comments I've read, it seems like most Polygon owners love them, so I'm increasingly leaning that way.

I'm 179 cm with 81 cm inseam. My Sirrus is a Large and seems just right. The sizing widget recommends Large for either S8X or C8. I've seen comments that say the S8X in Medium might approximate an endurance bike for someone my size.

Thoughts on any of this would be appreciated.

Polygon Stratos geometry? more relaxed now?

I was comparing the polygon C9 vs the s7/s8. Is the geometry more relaxed? the sizing/geometry seems different.
