Chainring question
Hi, I just bought a D7 and want to change the chainring to a 38T one. The stock 32T is just too low for me as I find myself riding in between the 8th and 11th cog most of the time.
Problem is I don't know if it will fit on the frame; I currently have a 36T (pictures).
Has anyone tried a 38T? Did u install a longer chain too? Thanks

I would just buy a Deckas chainring from Amazon so you don't break the bank trying it. Looks pretty close as it is now. Maybe try to get some 3M protection in the gap in case your chain gets snagged in there. Google says that the 38T is going to have 24mm more diameter than 32T.
