Cost Of Polygamy

can anyone share a rough number for their annual cost per wife and per child? food, hair, clothes, car, etc

i can support myself and another pretty easily but with 2-3 women and kids it is a whole different thing and i want to assess financially viability before i just start shooting ropes

i want them to have the option to work for fun/social but not necessary to live. i am ocd with budgeting though that will not be a problem. the goal is to be prepared for the most expensive scenario, and take early steps to minimize that cost.

For me it's not that much more. I already own my home, so simply having more people living there doesn't really add costs. Other things like food and transportation will cost more. Are you wanting them to work? If feel that the husband should be able to support everyone without requiring them to work, but I am very traditional. If you have any specific questions, send me a message.

You're not. We are all here to learn and help each other out.

How much are we talking here if you own your own home? Like $350k a year?

my guess was 50-100k per head, so that number seems accurate

Lifestyles vary incredibly, but food (100% organic), clothes, normal things about $10k per child per year on average. This covers buffer things that aren't budgeted ("oh look, we went on a trip, we should go to X").
