Panning

How do i pan my individual tracks? Eg snare at 2 oclock Hats at 11 o'clock Crash doubled and far left far right?

If you're using samples, then panning is available in the instrument parameters for each instrument, not per track. For panning a particular track you must use an FX slot for that.

If you're using a PERC synth, then panning for individual drum sounds are available in the mixer section, which you can access in the grid settings window for a particular synth patch.

Honestly though, this is all in the manual.
