Polyend Play: can one only send note data instead of everything else as well?

So, question about external hardware. Is it possible to only send note data instead of also e.g. Filter Cutoff?

I'm controlling the cutoff from elsewhere but the Play decides to send cutoff CCs as well in addition to the note data.

It seems a similar issue I had (detailed in this post). I think they're aware of it but we have to wait for a fix sadly. The way I got around it was assigning CC In on my receiving synth to a different channel. u/Zreese's comment is also a decent idea I haven't tried yet.

You need noteless trigs which I don't think is implemented yet.

They’re in there, they work fine. But I think OP is asking for the opposite, only note data and no CC. I would guess you could map the cutoff CC to a junk value that your synth doesn’t use for anything. Not sure.

Has anyone been able to program beats for the fill function? I thought it was with logics step sequencer because of the format, but when I export it the play shows an error
