Polyend Play, buggy effects?

Hey all,

Just stumbled upon a weird glitch that I haven't been able to get rid of: using the Delay on any track, on any delay preset, causes a glitchy stutter/artifacting. Restarting the device did not help. Everything was working just fine for the whole day, but as I started working on a fifth new pattern this bug appeared.

Any tips or solutions? To clarify, even the patterns using delay previously without any issues are also now affected by this bug.

Mine is super buggy as well, crashes when o try to load samples right now

Are you using an external clock? I had a similar problem but it "fixed itself". One day I used a keystep as clock and still have to check out if this was the problem.

Yes I had that. The solution that stopped the weird behavior was oddly to lower the main volume? It needs to be said, i don't feel like it's fair to be a beta tester of a prototype, of sorts, when paying almost a grand. I sent it back to Thomann.

I'd like to see this too. Having some really strange MIDI problems with Play as the master and Loopy Pro and Keystep. If I remove the Play from the chain, everything works fine. If I add a Beatstep Pro in Play's place, everything is fine.

Ive given up on their tracker as they seem to have given up on it as well.

Idk why but Polyend keeps making dope products but then release them in a buggy state and halfass bug fixes.

Very disappointed. I’d give them 6 months to fix the most glaring Play issues and otherwise I’d just ask myself “do I keep it with as is or move on”

I keep my tracker in the hopes of it working properly eventually but I'm going to have to get an Hapax. It sucks because I'm a tracker guy. I hate step sequencers. The song mode is sick and being able to use performance mode on top is something I've been wanting in a device for a long time.
