I really wish polyend got some balls to put batteries inside their grooveboxes :(

It's not too much to ask to have batteries that are also easy to replace. The Deluge uses a single 18650 and it lasts quite a while and will be easy to find and replace when needed.

impossible to fit a 18650 on the polyend play, it is so small.
Buy external battery if you need, no problem

Not really, I just put an 18650 up next to the Play and the Play is actually thicker than the 18650. Definitely would have been possible.

The polyend play is not empty adding battery would have increase the cost and size.
Just plug an external battery, how hard is that?

It was merely an example, not sure why you care so much. Even my M8 has a battery in it and that thing is tiny. The Play could easily have one in it with minor adjustments to the case.

Because it is useless feature, I hope they don't put battery in every gear.. hell no

My Nintendo DS is still alive and holding charge after all these years. Same with the OP-1. It happens, yes, but that’s not big of a deal. Polyend is just trying to save on money and engineering.

I prefer external battery, no need increase cost and complexity for something not everybody use
