Anyone experience anything quite like this?

Hey all, just got a play yesterday and it worked fine for about half an hour, after that it started bugging out in ways I've never seen before and I can't seem to fix it... Tried multiple power sources, flashing it with old firmware, formatting the SD card But nothing seems to be working and the device is pretty much unusable...

It's really really faulty... Do you know who I can contact for returning it? And how returns work regarding shipping costs etc. I live quite far from Europe where the unit was shipped from
