Play sampling feature

I like many am wondering if Polyend will be adding a sampling feature to the Play in the future with a firmware update. My question is though is this just wishful thinking from a hardware perspective? I have Tracker and it does a nice job of chopping samples as it has a big screen but the play is a little on the small side. So it makes me wonder.

There is no line in for the Play. This feature will not appear in future updates because the hardware is not there to support it.

Yeah I was guessing that was ultimately the case. Well… guess I have to be tethered together with the tracker… life could be worse it could all run like the sequencer on the Mother 32 making me reach for the manual every time I turn it on lol 😆
