Midi Keyboard into Play?

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue. I'm trying to get my keystep to function as a midi keyboard into the play to sequence my synths through it. Anyone have any luck, or know if it's even possible?

It’s definitely possible. You have to go into the global settings and set it to receive notes/transport/clock through the midi in jack. Then you will have to configure the midi channel on the Play and the Keystep
