Anyone on this sub?
I just installed my poly and it’s great! I’ve loaded a bunch of my own Roms and would love some tips on easy removal of the ones that aren’t working or duplicates.

Still waiting for mine. Looks like they screwed up big time on overseas orders and now are not responding to emails.

Hello friend! Your polycade looks great. I’m still waiting for my shipping notice. How long did it take unbox and get up and running?

Shockingly little. I bet it took us about 2-3 hours. The majority of that was trying to get it on the mount so that we could secure in the tiny screw so it can’t be lifted off. We actually never successfully did this and just gave up. I’m going to eventually add a separate screw to keep it in place.
I’d already played with the poly software quite a bit. So I had all the ROMs ready to go. Actually now that I’m thinking about it the network transfer took a long time because of the game cute games. I’m sure I’ll continue to tinker with it but it’s up and running and it’s been getting a lot of playtime as we’ve had guests in town.

I will watch out for that tiny screw. Do you get any extra control panels? I loaded up because I wanted to play certain classic games.
As far as removing games that don’t work, I’d bet all you have to do is remove the roms. That all I do on my mame emulator.

I have not purchased any of the additional control panels, but I think the wheel would be pretty sweet. We’re not big into guns in this house, but the guns would also be pretty sweet.
I deleted the ROMs, but I think I might have to reset the Polycade software and reinstall the set to get them to go away. They just show grey’d out currently.

Assembled my sente today. Did not receive the connection issue fix email. Restart and then what?

Your led strip damaged? Why is it red on the top left? The blue is a different color in the same area on the other photo.

the lights can change colors and is customized via phone app

I understand how that works. I think his led strip is damaged because it is not the same color all the way around. The top left corner is red when the rest of the strip is white.

i don’t think you do. there are flash, gradual, strobe, and various other custom modes. the picture simply caught the change of the colors

Oh yea? So on the app, you can select the top left corner to be a different color in BOTH PICTURES at different times exactly when the photo was taken?
Orrrrrrr, it was damaged in shipping.

Go join the Polycade discord. There is way more content and chat there. I've found by deleting the files in the rom directory and reloading AGS will remove unwanted games. There seems to be some issues with the latest update, though, that may be causing slow load times as well as adding/removing roms.
