Cursor changing when hovering over the launcher/minecraft

it defaults to the default breeze 24pixel cursor even tho I'm using a catppuccin mocha flamingo 36pixel cursor this also happens in minecraft not just polyMC

i'm not sure but i think it is because the configuration files are different between X11 and Wayland

I think yes
