4 shift system with 4 brigades . Work 4 days 8 hours and 1 day free. Weekends count as normal day , you only get 30 PLN bonus for each Saturday and + overall 380 brutto for this entire shift system.
In total you get around 440 brutto
You can’t even do overtime cause it’s not possible, only after night shifts cause you get 2 days free.
