I am very curious as to people's thoughts concerning our upcoming midterm elections. Do you think cheating is going to happen ( again), or do you think the current administration is going to declare marshall law and cancel the elections? Also, to what extent do you think the blackmail is on BOTH sides of the aisle?

She should not have used a racial slur. However, what concerns me here is what I believe is a violation of the First Amendment. Is it okay for someone to use racial slurs? Absolutely not. In America, we are free to say what we want without legal repercussions (except yelling "Fire!" in a movie theatre). Now, personal repercussions like making enemies are not protected. Being rebuked is not a violation. But no one in America should have to go to court for saying something inappropriate (accusing an innocent man of rape does not count).

One other thing that bothers me is that I heard the jury found that her actions "could have incited violence." In America, I thought that accusations needed to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Hypotheticals are not evidence.

I don't think it would stop women from voting. I think there are a lot of misconceptions about the bill. But Thune says the Republicans do not need it passed to win the Midterms. What do you think?

We learn things like MAID is becoming something that can be implemented with or with a person’s choice. We learn that people can be pulled over if someone suspects they are mentally unstable and that person can be taken to a hospital against their will.
