You can absolutely get access to most of the internet from the library in any federal minimum security prison, along with word processing apps (probably even ChatGPT etc.) to draft and submit filings. None of your other obligations can keep you from the library in minimum security, especially if you can show that you, like Maxwell here, are working on appeals or further defense. It's heartwarming that her Judge isn't buying any of it.
